HOW TO USE
Ellie Tip: Apply directly over our Divine Glow Face Oil, Radiant Primer Creme or by itself, as needed. Wear alone as a buildable luminous foundation, or mix with Sheer Luminous Fluide as a dewy light to medium coverage liquid foundation. Buildable coverage as required. Using a foundation brush, sweep onto skin starting at the centre of the face and blending outward and down to the neck.
