Our Brush on brow palette provides dense, deeply pigmented powder which helps fill in, shape and contour brows. The jet milled powder provides a smooth, velvety, natural looking finish. Easy-to-apply formula brushes on to transform sparse brows into fuller looking brows. The powder pigment is long-wearing and adheres to brows and skin for hours of beautiful wear.
COMPOSITION
Vitamins C & E condition brows and provide antioxidant protection.
HOW TO USE
Using a brow brush, apply using short, light upward strokes to fill in sparse brows.
